Sony Music Entertainment UK has announced the signing of Eurovision Song Contest 2016 entry Joe and Jake (Joe Woolford and Jake Shakeshaft).

The pair are set to perform their song You're Not Alone at the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden, May 14. Phil Savill, Managing Director of Sony Music Commercial Group, said 'Joe and Jake are a fantastically talented pair of artists and You're Not Alone is an outstanding song, it's no surprise that they were chosen to represent the UK with this track in Stockholm. We are delighted to be working with the guys on making this year's UK Eurovision entry a huge international hit and launching the careers of this amazing act!'.
